After 15 years of creating cakes and cookies to celebrate your biggest moments, it’s time for me to press pause❤️

Today I found myself scrolling through hundreds of photos of desserts I’ve had the honor of creating over the years. Each one represents a family, a celebration, a milestone, and a memory. Looking back, I can honestly say I absolutely love what I do, and I’ve truly loved sharing it with all of you. Thank you for trusting me with your ideas and allowing me to be a small part of life’s biggest moments.

Starting this fall, I’ll be taking a step back from The Sweet Diaries to begin a new adventure at home with my son. As a baker, it’s bittersweet to step away from the customers I’ve grown to know and love and from the creative days filled with buttercream and crazy inspiration. But as a mom, this is a chapter I’ll never get back, and I’m incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to be fully present for it.

To every customer who trusted me with birthdays, weddings, baby showers, graduations, holidays, and all of life’s sweetest celebrations—thank you. Your support over the last 15 years has allowed me to live out a dream that started with a single stand mixer and a sweet tooth.

This isn’t the end of The Sweet Diaries. It’s simply a new season.

I fully intend to sneak in a few cakes throughout the year and as time goes on, I’ll be accepting an extremely limited number of custom orders whenever my schedule allows.

So this isn’t goodbye…

It’s just “see you later.” ❤️
