We coat these beauties in organic ground cinnamon and Sugar in the Raw for that deep caramelized crunch on the outside while keeping the inside soft, chewy, and fresh-baked.

Baygulls Bakery is officially nominated for Best of the Best Tampa Bay 2026.

If you’ve ever grabbed a bagel before work, brought your friends in from out of town, waited in line with us on a busy weekend, supported a special, shared a post, or just believed in what we’re building here… this nomination is because of you.

We’re still a small independent shop making bagels every single morning and trying to build something Tampa can be proud of.

We’re looking for an experienced kitchen/bakery team member to help support our growing production team at Baygulls.

This is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment and knows how to move with purpose while still caring about quality.

🥯 Kitchen or bakery experience required
🔥 High-volume / fast-paced experience preferred
🧑‍🍳 Scratch kitchen experience is a huge plus
⚡ Early mornings, hustle, teamwork, and consistency matter here

You’d be working alongside our kitchen manager to help us continue expanding what Baygulls can do — bagels, sandwiches, specials, catering, and beyond.

We’re building something community-driven, creative, and ambitious here in Tampa.
