We’ve made the switch to Central Milling flour—and we’re pretty excited about it.
Our breads, pastries, and baked goods are now made with flour that is:
✔️ 100% Organic
✔️ Regeneratively farmed
✔️ Unbleached and unbromated
✔️ Free from synthetic pesticides and herbicides commonly used in conventional grain production
✔️ Never enriched with added folic acid or synthetic vitamins
✔️ Milled from carefully selected wheat from the PNW & British Columbia
For us, great bread starts long before the dough is mixed. It starts with the soil, the farmers, and the grain itself.
We’re always looking for ways to improve what we do, and switching to Central Milling felt like a natural next step. The result is the same long-fermented sourdough you love—just made with ingredients we’re even more proud to serve.
