hiiii 👋 I just realized I never actually got a chance to make a post about this pop-up 😅🤦‍♀️

But hi hi... I’m currently at Sparkman Wharf inside the Nimble Shop for the rest of this month and we just renewed for the month of June too 🥹

This honestly ended up being such a blessing in disguise because if you’re a baker, you know summer in Florida is BRUTAL. Florida heat and pastries are not exactly besties and this time of year can get a little stressful trying to navigate heat, weather, humidity... all the fun things.

I’m just honestly really, really grateful for this opportunity and for how supportive the whole team has been. I’ve honestly been running around nonstop behind the scenes which is probably why I never actually got around to posting about being here in the first place 😅 I’ve just been covered in flour and baking away trying to keep up with all the exciting things happening at once.

So if you haven’t stopped by yet... hi 💛 I’m here. Come hang out.

hiiii 👋 I’m coming back to TeBella this Saturday from 10–2 with another specialty menu and I’m really excited about this one. I love these pop-ups because it gives me an excuse to play around with flavors I normally wouldn’t get to put together.

little emergency over here 😭 my mixer that handles all 250lbs of cinnamon roll dough decided to die on me tonight BUT thankfully I got enough batches done beforehand to cover all preorders 💛

if you preordered, your order is still secure and will be ready for pickup tomorrow during Spaddy’s business hours.

however, the official pop up is being pushed to SATURDAY instead. same time, same place, same flavors thank y’all for being understanding while I figure this out 🥺

okayyyyy y’all actually terrified me last time 😭

400 cinnamon rolls gone in about 3 hours and I genuinely stood there the rest of the day like ??? what just happened hahaha. I even had to close preorders EARLY because the demand got so wild and I still needed rolls for in person sales 🫣

SOOOOO we’re doing it again this Friday at Spaddy’s starting at 7am until sellout 💛

bringing back some favorites from last round, adding some new ones, reworking a few things to make them even better and honestly…I think this might be the strongest lineup yet 🤭

Okay hi quick reminder because this pop-up menu is a little wild and I don’t want anyone missing it.

This Saturday April 25th from 10am–2pm I’ll be popping up at TeBella on Davis Islands with a one-time-only specialty menu and once these flavors are gone… they’re gone.

Menu includessss:
Passion fruit crème brûlée cardamom buns
Pistachio Meyer lemon curd crumb cake
Dark chocolate sesame cookies
Za’atar sun-dried tomato scones
Earl grey sumo citrus twist buns
Miso banana bread with whipped maple butter + buckwheat crunch

Preorders are open now and I highly recommend grabbing one if there’s something you want because quantities are limited for this one.

Preorders close Thursday at midnight.

Remember when I asked you guys about a month ago if I should start getting a little more creative with the menu?

Yeah… the answer was a very loud YES 😂

So here’s what we’re doing moving forward: the staple menu isn’t going anywhere, but we’re adding occasional specialty pop-ups where I get to play a little.

We just did the cinnamon roll pop-up at Spaddy’s and it was such a hit, so this Saturday April 25th from 10am–2pm I’ll be bringing a one-time-only specialty menu to TeBella on Davis Island.

Think limited, a little more elevated, and flavors you probably won’t see again.
