Sigh…. I’m limping along right now. Our main refrigerator decided to cross the rainbow bridge and spend eternity in a snow covered utopia. Without the extra space I have no way to cold proof the sourdough which is what gives it a lot of the flavor you all like. I hope to have a new fridge in a week or so.

Back home and Back in the Kitchen working to revive and strengthen my starter. I might have an issue for my typical Friday bake. I may be taking my son to Western Oklahoma State College for a college visit. We'll see....

One day of baking and I need a day off 🤣.... My youngest has a college visit planned for Friday in Missouri. That means ill be gone all day Friday. I will be baking Wednesday.
