Granola people… Have you recently purchased either the pumpkin or strawberry granola? Both of the granola options in the stand call for browned butter and I can’t decide how I feel about it.

Is it just right or too browned buttery?

I did a little bit of experimenting today with some folding techniques to see if I could get better rise out of the bread.
I am really happy with how the loaves came out and I have just put a bunch in the stand!. One of them rose so much. It’s stuck to the lid lol
I will keep the stand open until about 8 o’clock or so tonight

I know I asked earlier in the week about flights and I had every intention of making the bread flights because that had the most votes. Well, yesterday life happened and my schedule was completely flipped around by things not in my control.
So, there are Cinnamon Roll Flights but in the bread flavors. Each 3 pack has a Regular Cinnamon Roll, a Banana Bread Chocolate Chip Cinnamon Roll, and. Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cinnamon Roll! Not the plan, but my house smells amazing!
There are also muffins this weekend in Raspberry Chocolate Chip & All American Apple Pie.

i’ve had lots of request to make sample packs and of the cookies and bakery items, and here they are! New packaging, new labels, new flavors! There are limited amount amounts of flights so come grab yours and find your new favorite.
