One thing about us is…we take our sandwiches very seriously.

Our classic Signature Egg Sandwich is stacked with an organic egg your way, North Country bacon, pastured raw Gruyère, chili jam, Dijon aioli, and organic arugula all tucked into our house-made focaccia. All of our ingredients are non-gmo, grass-fed and pasture raised, and locally sourced whenever possible (gluten friendly is available).

Savory, a little sweet, a little spicy, and perfect for anyone who’s looking for something new to try for breakfast.
