We’re back from Dollywood! 🦋🍂

We had such a wonderful trip, and now we’re home and getting ready to reopen! Our sourdough starters are waking back up after their little vacation in the fridge (they get a bit sleepy in there 😴), so give us just a few days to get everything happy and bubbly again.

We’re also really excited about some changes coming to the cottage! As we head into this next season of Ginger Snaps, we’re shifting more of our time and attention back to the cottage and the wonderful customers who loving visiting us at the stand.

That means more consistent stocking at the bakery stand, more opportunities to stop by and grab something without a preorder, and lots of fresh bread and treats waiting for you!

We’ve been wanting to grow this side of the bakery, and we’re so excited to give it some extra love.

Stay tuned…we’ll let you know as soon as the starters are awake and we’re officially open again! 🍞🍪🍁
( we will reopen for online orders tonight)

I have to say….cinnamon rolls are becoming my absolute favorite thing to make. These are our classic cinnamon rolls with brown butter maple frosting. So cozy, and best eaten warm and gooey!
