⭐️ Mini Cake Flavors for 8/22 ⭐️

This is going to be a hard pick:

#1 - Chocolate Turtle
- chocolate cake
- caramel filling
- topped with from scratch turtles

#2 - Wedding Cake
- vanilla cake
- raspberry compote
- vanilla buttercream

IMO I’d choose #1 on visual appeal, and come on now - chocolate & caramel. Duh!

But #2 - 🤤 I tested the compote and buttercream and the balance of tang & sweet 😅 Amazing!

I’m glad I won’t have to choose! But, you will! 🫣

20 years today! 🥂 In celebration, I’m bringing our wedding cake to the market. Well - a remake in mini-cake form!

Vanilla cake, raspberry filled with good ole American Buttercream. Twenty years ago, I didn’t know what Swiss Meringue Buttercream was.

Once again a Rinde Signature bake will be scrunched into a sharable mini-cake. This week Chocolate-Peanut-Butter.

Chocolate cake - filled with crunchy peanut butter - covered with chocolate buttercream - topped with Reese's Peanut Butter cups.

Focaccia is coming to market this Saturday 8/8!

This is a tried & true Rinde bake that goes back to my first summer at the Stoughton Community Farmers' Market

Thick style American focaccia with crisp edges and a chewy interior. This week I'll keep it simple with dried Rosemary & Basil, Flake Salt & Cracked Pepper.

Warm them in oven before slicing and enjoying, eat it as is, or freeze it to use for dinner next week. I'll include reheating instructions and the taste is comparable to fresh baked!

🫐🍋 Blueberry Lemon Scones - flavor update for this Saturday 8/8 at the Stoughton Community Farmers' Market !

I sort of dread making these because for the life of me I can not get my base scone recipe to accept the blueberries without squishing. I could try using a different base recipe but I'm not a fan of cake-like scones.

Instead, I go for taste over appearance. I've never had a batch that didn't taste amazing, so I think I just keep doing what I'm doing. Hope to see you Saturday! 👋🏻
