Shoutout to FAT JOE on his birthday! We were incredibly blessed to create this special cake for him and to be part of such an unforgettable celebration.

This opportunity came to us through the amazing Kathy Romero | Event Planner | Certified Coach | Speaker ,whose team creates truly spectacular events. Every detail was thoughtfully planned and flawlessly executed.

This cake was designed to highlight some of the things that mean the most to Joe — from the NYC skyline and the street he grew up on, to his beloved NY Knicks, who brought home the win this year (heard even Jalen Brunson was in the house!!), plus a full tier of graffiti art featuring a personal art piece made just for him by a friend, and of course, his other favorite team, the New York Yankees

Everything in the space looked incredible, and we hope it was the best birthday yet!

We love what we do at Sweet Passion Cakery and feel so grateful to be a sweet part of people’s most special celebrations.

This two-tier buttercream cake features an organic rough edge, whimsical piped lavender sprigs, tiny buttercream blooms, and delicate gold flecks — all finished with a beautiful gold acrylic charm from Clover and Crane We loved creating the airy, vintage-inspired look that feels both romantic and playfully grown-up — the perfect vibe for a Sweet 16 celebration.

250 years of history, one unforgettable celebration. ⚾️🎉

Honored to create this two-tier tribute for the Somerset Patriots’ 250th anniversary — and a very special 80th birthday celebration — coinciding with the nation’s 250th. We layered vintage baseball details with a patriotic palette: hand-stitched red baseball seams, bold blue tiers, star accents, and the team emblem front and center. The topper photo card and star picks add a personal, celebratory touch for a lifetime of memories.

Congratulations to the Patriots, and happiest 80th to the legend we celebrated — here’s to centuries of team spirit, community, and the next generation of history-makers. 🇺🇸⚾️🎂

Sixteen years ago we made our very first cake — two best friends, a hobby, and a whole lot of hope. Today Sweet Passion Cakery has grown beyond our wildest dreams: Food Network winners, luxury wedding and celebration cakes, and our very own storefront (opened two years ago).

To celebrate, we’re sharing a few of those very first designs — our humble beginnings, including the legendary poker chip cake that started it all.
