Sourdough English Muffins (4-pack) — $12

A little something from my garden to yours 🦋

You may know that Monarch Bakery gets its name from the monarch butterfly. I also grow native plants in my garden to create a welcoming space for monarchs and other pollinators—and my garden has become a little gathering place for butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and other visitors.

I have some extra plants this season, and I’d love to share them with Monarch Bakery customers who are interested in getting started with native plants.

Here’s some of what I have available:

* Wild Columbine — Aquilegia canadensis
* Purple Coneflower — Echinacea purpurea
* Blue Mistflower — Conoclinium coelestinum
* Obedient Plant — Physostegia virginiana

Brown Molasses Bread is coming back! 🤎

I know this one has been missed! So many of you love the Brown Molasses Sourdough, but I haven’t offered it yet this summer.

I’ve been working behind the scenes on dialing in the fermentation timeline to get this loaf just right before bringing it back to the menu.

But before it officially makes its comeback… I’m giving one loaf away! 🎉
