This beautiful Everything Bagel loaf was toasted to perfection, and I have to say… I personally believe the BEST way to enjoy an Everything loaf is toasted and topped with eggs! 🍳✨ The savory seasoning and crispy crust are just the perfect match.

A little bakery update! ❤️

I’ll be taking a short break from baking this coming week as we’ll be out of town celebrating a wedding with family and friends.

I’ll be back the week of June 15th, jumping right into my crazy (and fun!) summer market schedule! ☀️🍞

Thank you all so much for your continued support, encouragement, and understanding. This little cottage bakery wouldn’t be possible without you, and I’m so grateful for each and every one of you. I can’t wait to get back in the kitchen and see you all again soon! 🩷🥖✨

✨ What a weekend! ✨

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to the North St. Paul Car Show and the Fawn Lake Market this weekend! By the end of the market today, we had completely sold out (and traded out!) of everything. I’m so incredibly grateful for your support and for the friendships that have grown through this little cottage bakery. ❤️

The Fawn Lake Market was an absolute blast! Seeing the growth, the amazing turnout, and all the smiling faces made my heart so happy. It was wonderful to see so many vendors and visitors enjoying such a beautiful day.

Thank you for supporting local, for stopping by to chat, and for keeping me busy doing something I truly love. I appreciate every loaf, cookie, cinnamon roll, and conversation more than you know.

Now it’s time to feed the starter and do it all again! 🥖💕 See you next week!

☀️ Come out and see us at the Fawn Lake Market today from 10–2! I hear there are 30 vendors joining us today, and we are so excited to be back for another season!

Set right by the beach, it’s a beautiful spot to spend a Saturday. Stop by, say hi, and stock up on your favorite sourdough breads and homemade goodies while you browse all the amazing local vendors.

And neighbors, it’s only 2 miles from our farmstand! Come on by and see me while you’re out and about. ❤️

I gave the old girl a good feed before bed and told her, “I need you to double by morning so we can make the most dough we’ve ever made in a single day…”

She said, “Double? Pffff.”

“I’m going to quadruple, explode all over the counter, and make you question your math skills”

On second thought, I probably shouldn’t have given her that little bit of whole wheat snack. She gets all kinds of crazy when I do.

🚗 Friday Night: I'll be at the North St. Paul Car Show from 6:00–10:00 PM with a FULL booth! Whether you're coming for the classic cars or the sourdough, be sure to stop by and grab your favorites.
We’ll be on Helen St N between 7th and Seppala.

🏖️ Saturday: You'll find me at the first Fawn Lake Market of the season! This is one of my absolute favorite markets. The setting right on the beach is beautiful, the vendors are wonderful, and the community is amazing. I can't wait to catch up with familiar faces and meet some new ones too!

🏡 Sunday: The farm stand is a little up in the air. I'm not sure I have the capacity to bake enough for all three events... but I'm going to give it my best shot! 💪 I'll keep everyone posted as the week goes on.

The good news? If the stand doesn't happen, the Fawn Lake Market is only about 2 miles away, so you can still stock up on all your favorite sourdough and goodies on Saturday!
