Soft florals + spring colors + the sweetest minis 🌸✨

These floral mini cupcakes for Sarah turned out absolutely dreamy! From delicate roses to ruffled blooms and cheerful daisies, every cupcake was hand piped with buttercream and made with so much love.

These were part of this week’s flash sale cupcakes and you all have shown them so much love already! 💕 I only have a few lemon cupcakes left available!

I had the best time in a private lesson with Kim yesterday! 🌸

She already has such an incredible skill level with floral piping on her own, but came wanting to refine and perfect some techniques — and wow, she absolutely nailed it. Just look at those closed peonies! Her work is truly phenomenal.

One of my favorite parts of teaching is getting to spend time with talented creatives who are so eager to grow in their craft. Kim drove almost 2 hours to spend the day with me, and I’m so incredibly thankful she chose Wild Blooms Bakery for her lesson. 💕

I cannot wait to watch her continue creating beautiful work!

Memorial Day has always felt like more than just a holiday to me. ❤️🤍💙

As an Army family, this day holds a deeper meaning in our home. Today is a day to slow down, reflect, and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives so we could have the freedoms we often take for granted. Behind every fallen service member is a family, friends, and loved ones carrying that loss every single day.

As someone in healthcare, I’ve always had a deep appreciation for people who dedicate their lives to serving others, and today especially, my heart is with those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

Whether you’re spending today with family, traveling, grilling out, or simply resting, I hope we all take a quiet moment to remember why this day truly matters. 🇺🇸

Happy Memorial Day and Good Monday morning!

I had the absolute best time during a 4-hour private lesson with Staci and Olivia over the weekend!💕

For having very little piping experience, these ladies completely impressed me with their natural talent and creativity. Just look at their beginner work — it’s incredible! 🌸🧁

During our lesson, we worked on daisies, frilly flowers, hydrangeas, and buttercup dahlias, and they did such an amazing job bringing each flower to life with buttercream! 🌼✨

If they’re already starting out this strong, I already know they’re going to be amazing with a little more practice. I had such a fun time teaching you both, and I hope you had just as much fun learning! Thank you for spending the day with me! 💗

Good Sunday Morning and Memorial Day Weekend!!!

These minis are giving all the summer vibes ☀️🌺💚

The last time Shannon had my cupcakes, she had my succulent cupcakes, so I knew I had to include a few little buttercream succulents in this set for her 🌵✨ It felt like the perfect little nod to her previous order and tied everything together so beautifully.

She gave me full creative freedom, and I wanted to bring out some bold summer colors we haven’t seen in a while — these bright oranges, pinks, and greens just make me so happy! And wow… these mini collarette dahlias absolutely stole the show 😍

I know everyone is eagerly waiting for the June class schedule drop… trust me, I’m just as excited! ❤️ I have everything ready to go — I’m just waiting to hear back from my other job with my schedule, hopefully sometime today.

The last thing I want to do is schedule classes and then have to move them around later. We all value our time, and I want to make sure everything is set in stone before I post dates! So hang tight with me just a little longer while I get the final details worked out. 🤞🏼

In the meantime, I wanted to share where my journey started a few years ago… 👀✨ If I could go from the first picture to piping like the second one today, then so can YOU!

The biggest piece of advice I can give anyone is simple: PRACTICE. 🔥

Have you ever wanted to learn how to create a cupcake bouquet? 🌸 I’m so excited to finally offer a small group class all about it! We’ll cover tips for choosing and arranging florals while piping 7 cupcakes together — including a frilly rose, tulip bunches, and a simple open flower. More details coming later this week!

I’m also releasing TWO new group classes tomorrow for the first and third weekends in June featuring 3 brand new flowers… and yes, one may be the closed dahlias everyone loves. 👀

Mother’s Day reminded me just how much I truly love piping florals, and I’m so happy to be back creating again. I still have a little availability for custom orders at the end of May. June is temporarily blocked while I wait on my other work schedule. July is changing to OPEN!!! But August will remain closed.

I’m also working behind the scenes on a brand new website and those online tutorials so many of you have been asking for! 💻🌸

I’ve spent time restructuring things to create a healthier balance while still pouring my heart into Wild Blooms Bakery. Thank you for being here and supporting this journey with me. 💛

A little bold, a little elegant, and full of beautiful blooms ❤️

This 4-inch tall gluten friendly vanilla cake was decorated with rich red poppies and delicate white and blue anemone flowers against the softest grey-blue finish for one of my favorite customers and her hubby’s birthday celebration! I absolutely loved creating this one — the contrast of these florals made such a stunning statement.

Rachel, thank you so much for always supporting my little business. Wishing you the very best on your future endeavors and lots of sunshine ahead ☀️ 🏝️ I’m going to miss creating beautiful things for you and hope you enjoy every minute of this new adventure!
