Hi Joy, I am a good friend of Trisha Knisely's. We are going to be celebrating my daughter's birthday with them over July 4th weekend. My twins made their First Communion this weekend. Early in the week our dessert plans fell through. Fingers crossed, I contacted Joy on the recommendation of a friend, but she was (understandably) booked solid. She kindly offered to let me know if there happened to be a cancellation, but I started to move on to my next plan. A few hours later I received another email - there had been a cancelation and would I still like to order cupcakes? YES! The cupcakes that Joy DELIVERED (what a bonus on a busy day!) are shown below. They were as delicious as they were beautiful! Everyone loved them! Thank you THE JOY OF CUPCAKES for helping to make a special day even sweeter! We'll be sure to call again!
