This cake is a three-layer, 10-inch almond cake featuring fresh raspberry compote and almond buttercream. The black checkerboard pattern is crafted from thinly rolled fondant. This beautiful design celebrates a 14-year-old's birthday with a beach theme. The three-tiered white cake is filled with strawberry compote and frosted with a triple-color buttercream. The surfboard is crafted from sugar cookie and adorned with cookie frosting and fondant amenities. The flowers are made from gumpaste and finished with vibrant color dusting and the sand around the base is sugar cookie dust.

This stunning young woman is commemorating her 16th birthday. Her cake consisted of two tiers of chocolate cake with fudge filling and chocolate buttercream, draped in chocolate fondant, and decorated with fudge roses. Happy 16th!!

Decker's fourth birthday was commemorated with a space-themed cake, featuring a yellow cake filled with chocolate mousse and buttercream frosting airbrushed in shades of sky blue and dark blue, with white splatters to evoke an outer space effect. The planetary decorations consisted of Rice Krispy balls encased in fondant, while the astronaut, lunar surface, American flag, stars, and spacecraft were crafted from fondant. I recently had the pleasure of a friend's wedding over the past weekend, which unfortunately coincided with my out-of-town schedule. I felt terrible about missing the event, particularly since she had requested that I create her wedding cake. To compromise, I crafted the gumpaste flowers and she scheduled Emerald Cake & Co. to bake and decorate the wedding cake. The final product was truly lovely!!! Congratulations to the newlyweds Mr. & Mrs. Griffin.

A young child's birthday celebration features Curious George, represented as a white cake with banana custard filling and covered in chocolate ganache, with fondant forming his face and ears. Happy Birthday precious child!

This 3-D camper sugar cookie features intricate details, including cut-out windows that provide visibility into the interior. Consequently, I decorated the interior with edible elements such as a rug, wallpaper, furniture (including a couch, bookshelf with books, and table), plants, mirror, wall picture, and flowers. The curtains are made of wafer paper that was turned into fabric so that they would be soft for grathering. Additionally, I trimmed the windows with flower boxes and hung flag banners on both sides. Notably, the entire design is edible, and the exterior was finished with powdered food color to add depth.

Sugar cookies were baked for assembly into three-dimensional designs, with the inaugural creation being a Ford pickup truck. The design features a fondant rug, front seat, and steering wheel inside, while the wheels consist of fondant with food-safe aluminum accents.
