Ready for the exciting news?!
I’m returning to the classroom full time. 📚Midnight Bakes was quite a fun chapter in my life, and I loved the flexibility when I was home with my children. I baked when they napped and I was able to contribute to my family. But my heart is really in the classroom being part of the kids’ LIVES EVERY SINGLE DAY. I have loved the support from the community over the past 6 years, but it’s time for the next adventure!
I’ll be teaching 5th grade in the fall. Bring it on! This lady is pumped!!! 🙌

I haven’t posted many cookies in a while because I’ve been super busy with my family and volunteering at my kids’ school.

Life can throw you some curve balls, and I got one this week. Due to “life”, I WON’T be able to make any Easter cookies. I am so sorry and hate to disappoint you.

When you’re sick from a job, the work is there when you get back or you get a “substitute” if you’re a teacher. If you can’t work your shift, someone else gets called in and it’s ok.
However, there is NO ONE else to make and decorate Easter cookies if I’m sick. 😩

Valentine’s Cookies will be ready for pick-up from 2-5 pm TOMORROW, Sunday, February 13th. I know it’s the Super Bowl and you’ll be making snacks and wings, but PLEASE try to make every effort to come grab your goodies during this time slot. Send me a message if you can’t swing by. I have 3 kiddos and will be making all the yummy snacks 😉and I don’t have a covered porch, so I can’t just leave your cookies out. 🤪 I’m praying it doesn’t rain ☔️ and it’s not too windy 🌬 or super sunny ☀️- hahaha I’m so high-maintenance!! Just a reminder that your Valentine’s cookies will be ready for pick-up on Sunday, February 13th from 2-5 pm at my home. My address is on your email receipt.😘
