I'm doing it! I don't do a lot of sweet things but people have been requesting long-fermented sourdough cinnamon rolls. They'll make their debut (in VERY LIMITED QTY) this Saturday, 10/10 at The Market at the Plaza. Get there early so you don't miss them.
