Cinnamon Roll Q&A!

- What type of flour do you use?
*We use organic all purpose
flour.

- Do you use floss or a knife to cut your rolls?
*Neither. While both will work to cut rolls that are rolled into a log, we cut our dough into strips and roll each cinnamon roll individually. (We use a 4 wheel pastry cutter)

- How long do your rolls ferment?
*Our cinnamon rolls cold proof for about
36hrs.

- What type of sugar is in your filling?
* We use a combination of organic light
brown and cane sugar.

- Recipe please…..
* While we do not share our exact recipe
we are more than happy to help you
troubleshoot and/or perfect yours.
