Pumpkin, Pumpkin, who’s got the pumpkin? We do… we do… we’ve got the pumpkin… cake donuts. You read that right we have pumpkin cake donuts (Pictured below) tomorrow, and every other day until September 30th.

*Whispers*
Want to hear how weird I am about pumpkin donuts? There’s a certain amount of time for cooling before they can be coated in cinnamon and sugar… I think I might have a problem with details.😅🤫

Next up are the Fudgey bar… basically it’s like a fried brownie… kind of… it’s the best I can do for a description.

They will be made three ways…

Double chocolate
Cosmic
Cookies N Cream

After that are the Lemon-Blueberry fritters, and if that isn’t your jam… never fear because we’ll have apple fritters too. 😉

I think that is all I’ve got for Wednesday specialty donuts… but I thought I might take a moment to explain why everyday we offer two versions of maple icing for our donuts.

Classic maple bar
Fluffy maple bar

The Classic maple bar uses a classic maple drip icing that we add to donuts while they are still hot.

The Fluffy maple bar uses a whipped maple icing that we apply after they are cooled… It’s usually preferred if you like more maple icing, and a sweeter donut.

Fun Fact #1: It was the creation of my amazing wife Rachel!

Fun Fact #2: I’m still jealous I didn’t think of it first. 🤣

“I’m on a posting hot streak… let’s keep a good thing going!

This post you are currently reading is concerning donuts that will be made for the morning of Tuesday, September 1st 2026.

*Dum Dum sound from Law and Order just played*🤣

Okay, now were going to get seriouser… after that made up word.

First up, for the donuts will be the buttermilk bars, and I’m going to use the “If it works once… try it on something else” method of donut creation…

Next up, are the Bear Claws (Pictured below)… cinnamon, sliced almonds, and one of the funnest shapes we make.

Oh yeah… next up are the pumpkin cake donuts, and I’ve got not one, but two surprises for you. We are going to be making pumpkin cake everyday in September, and beyond.🥳 That was surprise number 1… the second is that we are going to have a deal on pumpkin cake donuts every Tuesday in September too. (Starting tomorrow.)

Hello Spokane, and surrounding areas. I just wanted to check in and let you know what we are going be making at the donut shop for Monday morning. If my calendar is up to date… it’s the 31st which obviously closes out the month of August. 🤯

In order to end the month on a donut high note… I’m going to give you one more day to get your hands on the S’mores ring (Pictured below.)… I promise this time… one. More. Day. Because we start donut of the month switch-a-roo on Tuesday… I can’t say what it will be, but just know, it’s going to have sugar, spice, and everything nice! That’s all I can say right now.🤫

Now, I don’t know how you top a s’mores ring?
With Mochi of course.

To finish out the list... cinnamon rolls and pershings are both available on Monday’s as well… the hits just keep on coming! 🥳

In case you wanted to know what the difference Cinnamon rolls are just a glazed cinnamon roll. However, pershings are cooled, and topped with buttercream. Both can be viewed below.

Now, I think that should do it for Monday donuts... I don’t want to go crazy!

Update: Huckle Knuckles have won again!... so we won't have pumpkin cake today.

Hi there Spokane… and surrounding areas. We have are halfway through the weekend, but don’t panic… I’ve the donut choices you need to make it all the way to Monday, and beyond. It’s going to start with another battle… details are coming later. I know your probably all excited and donuts now, so let’s do it y’all.

First up, are the French Crullers, and I’ve decided to go with five flavors tomorrow… because that’s how many fit onto a tray… and the flavors are…

Powdered sugar with raspberry filling *Brand new, and yes, it just popped into my head while writing this post.*

We are going to move onto the fritter situation… and mention the original fritter, apple. Wait, I assumed it was the first… I never actually checked… I may have just lied. 😬 😅

Any who… yes, we have apple fritters every single day, but tomorrow is your lucky day if your in the mood for donuts Sunday morning, and you also like huckleberry fritters. Because we’ll have them.🥳

Great news… Wiggly Worms, and Cheeseburger donuts are both making an encore appearance for you on Sunday Morning. Just in case you needed to get your mitts on either of those… I got you covered in the morning.

Heads up in case you didn’t know… we will hold any of the donuts you are reading about, and more. It’s very simple… send a text to 509-467-6403 let me know if you would like anything held tomorrow morning… it doesn’t even need to be your whole order.

For example If you only want a Cheeseburger… that’s cool… let me know. Now, if you know you want a cheeseburger, and 2 wiggly worms, but you’ll pick the rest of your donuts when you get to the shop? We do that all the time too… just send me a text. Don’t hesitate to ask questions either. Again that number is 509-467-6403.

Now, it’s time for the fun part… everyone reading this gets to pick what the last donut option is going to be for Sunday… I hope it’s a close battle, but history says otherwise….

Hey there Spokane, and welcome to the posty post for Saturday morning… I’m going to proofread this one at least once. 🫣 Did you know that tomorrow is the last Saturday in August?🤯… and also the first weekend of the new school year… In order to celebrate the new school year… we are going to make lots of kids favorites tomorrow…

Of course… we’ll have cheeseburgers…
and Wiggly Worms?… Absolutely we’ll have Wiggly Worms (Pictured below)

but we also have surprises too…

Emojis, and Party Poopers… and the ultimate surprise… cotton candy rings.🥳 (Pictured below)
