September holds a special meaning to us here at Bread Buddies. Our lives were forever changed when we were affected by su***de in 2016 losing Collin, cousin of Sam and brother to Kasey.

If you’ve been around for a while, you’ll remember our Stay Another Day Sourdough Loaf. We’re bringing back this meaningful item in hopes to spread awareness, start a conversation and break the stigma surrounding mental health and su***de.

This year proceeds from the sales will go toward the Collin Lee Future Artist Scholarship Fund. The Collin Lee Future Artist Scholarship was created to honor Collin’s life, passion, and lasting impact through music. Designed to support aspiring artists, the scholarship helps cover full or partial tuition for students pursuing the Recording Arts while attending Butler Tech School of the Arts. By investing in young creatives, this scholarship carries forward Collin’s spirit, encouraging others to find their voice, pursue their passion, and share their art with the world.

✨Meet Brooklynn ✨

Brooklynn is our newest team member! She is taking over the role of packaging & inventory. Every loaf of bread, every cookie, every bagel, every pizza crust, etc. will be labeled by sweet Brooklynn! So next time you’re picking up a loaf or enjoying your cookie, admire that packaging & remember the hard work that went into making it look so good!

I can’t thank you enough for showing up for us week after week! Seeing the line begin to form before the market opens for the day makes all the very early mornings and late nights more than worth it 🫶🏼
