Daisy Cakes - Tammy St. Clair Cupcakes, cakes, cake pops....I do it all! I've always loved baking but a few years ago I took some classes so I could make yummy things that looked pretty too.

I fell in love with cake and cupcake decorating. I love decorating with fondant and making flowers.

Chocolate red velvet (mini chocolate chips mixed in with homemade chocolate icing)

Cream cheese with cream cheese icing

Cream cheese with homemade raspberry filling with cream cheese icing

Spice

Lemon cream cheese

Chocolate mocha

Carrot

Marble swirl

Banana nut

These flavors are pretty basic. I’m working on new flavors.

I do cupcake cakes and smash cakes and wedding cakes also. I do not usually cover cakes with fondant but can make fondant decorations for the cakes.
