We need your help to collect old or unused MUGS for a hands-on kidsโ€™ activity at Snohomish Farmers Market!

This season we are kicking off the POP Kids Club with a bee house building activity. Isn't that exciting!

POP Club stands for Power of Produce Club. Itโ€™s a farmers market program for children, designed to help kids learn about agriculture, healthy eating, local food, and the wonderful world that grows around us.

For our first activity, the kids will be making little bee houses. I think it is so wonderful when kids create things with their hands, use their imagination and make something of their own.

To make this happen, we NEED MORE MUGS!
We are collecting small mugs, cups, or little containers that can be hung and turned into tiny bee house.๐Ÿ

If you have an extra mug or small container at home that you no longer use, please bring it to my BreadMobile van at the next Snohomish Farmers Market.

The flour is milled, the starter is growing, and I am getting ready for another fresh bread bake this week!

Bread Thursday is coming at Snohomish Farmers Market!

I have to say that one of my favorite parts of my bakery adventure has been watching the BreadMobile become a little Thursday tradition for so many of you ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฉท. I love our chats, when you share which loaves youโ€™ve been craving, what you served your bread with, what you tried baking at home, what worked and what didn't - I love all of it and I am so grateful for your support!

I often get asked where my flour and grains come from. I am always happy to share everything about my ingredients. The quality of flour is everything in bread baking. I use 100% certified organic whole grain flours and grains from Blue Bird Grain Farms in Washington. Some flour is fresh-milled by me, and some is milled for me at the farm. I also feed my starter only with 100% organic whole grain flour, and I keep the sourdough flavor soft and balanced so that we can enjoy the deliciousness of grain itself.

Pre-ordering is the best way to reserve your bread.

Walk-ups are always welcome while bread lasts.

Bread Thursday is almost here again!

Iโ€™ll be back at Snohomish Farmers Market this Thursday with the BreadMobile, freshly baked organic sourdough, and looks like with sunshine too!โ˜€๏ธ

Thank you ๐Ÿ™ so much to everyone who stopped by the BreadMobile last Thursday - it was so wonderful to see you all at our Snohomish Farmers Market opening day! ๐ŸŒž๐Ÿ™‚

Iโ€™ll be back at the market this Bread Thursday with more freshly-baked loaves for you!

A few people who tried my bread for the first time last week mentioned that it looked a little darker and was a bit different from the sourdough bread they tried before.
It comes from the way I bake my Signature Whole Grain, Rye and other breads. I use organic whole grain freshly-milled flours, long fermentation, and bread baking process inspired by European bread traditions. I think these breads truly have their own character with deeper flavor that comes from grain itself.

This weekโ€™s featured bread: Cheddar Chive Sourdough.
It pairs beautifully with soups, eggs, salad, or just a generous slice of butter ๐Ÿ˜‹. Highly recommend to try!

Pre-orders are encouraged to reserve your favorites.
If you have a favorite loaf in mind, pre-orders are the best way to make sure I set it aside for you.

Snohomish Farmers Market season starts this Thursday!
3:00 - 7:00 PM

REMINDER: This week, I move my BreadMobile from Snohomish Co-op to the Snohomish Farmers Market.

MY LOCATION: Carnegie Building Parking Area - same as last year

Iโ€™m so excited to begin another market season, see familiar faces, meet new neighbors, and bring fresh bread back to the market!
