is traveling so no cake quest this week! I used to work at a place called Mangia's in Slingerlands. The panzanella salad was my favorite! If you are so inclined cut up some tomatoes, toast a hearty bread and add some fresh mozzarella balls! I would add fresh basil if I had it! I tossed this in the dressing below! 👇🏻
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Dash of onion powder
Dash of garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
Mix & toss in salad!
*** I do sprinkle a little crushed red pepper on top
*** also adjust measurements to how large your salad is!
