The Busy Rolling Pin Baking cinnamon rolls, cakes, cupcakes, cookies and sourdough breads since 2012 after attending bread baking school in San Francisco.

The Busy Rolling Pin ~ "Baked with love and a sprinkle of happiness.” The Busy Rolling Pin is a cottage bakery in Sioux City, IA, where home-baker Sandy bakes cinnamon rolls, sourdough breads, and cookies, and decorates sugar cookies, floral cupcakes, and cakes. Sandy and her husband, Troy, sell baked goods at Southern Hills Mall on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. From May to September, they also se

ll at the Le Mars Farmers Market on Saturdays. You may even see a grandchild or two selling with them! In 2012, Sandy attended the San Francisco Baking Institute and completed a 90-day bread-baking class, where learning about sourdough bread was a primary focus. Troy and Sandy have 11 grandchildren and enjoy spending time with them and eating out. Troy loves watching sports, while Sandy enjoys reading romance novels!
