Romance 💜 is in the air with this 3 layer 7 inch🪻Lavender Earl Grey Cake🪻for a lovely couple to commemorate their special day.

This cake is a refreshingly moist vanilla base, flavored with earl grey tea, minty lavender and a hint of lemon. It is then finished with a light glaze of decadent yet gently sweetened white chocolate buttercream. So delightful and one of this summer’s most requested cake flavor.

Because Lavender fans celebrate special milestones throughout the year, this cake flavor is available as a preorder year round.

Hi sweet friends! After a long summer break from pop ups, I am finally showing up and ready and I sure hope the weather will cooperate! I miss seeing the familiar faces, my longtime customers and looking forward to meeting new faces as well!

I do about 10 pop ups a year in the Spring & Fall so don’t miss the chance.

So the next 3 Sundays, I will be showing up at 3 locations throughout Conejo Valley then I will prepare for the big 2 day Holiday event on Dec 5-6 where the focus will be on European themed offerings.

Hi sweet friends!
Remember the popular drip cake style that was popular not long ago before the Vintage inspired cake took over?

Well I am bringing it back for this gender neutral
🍫Chocolate Espresso Cake ☕️

When you can’t decide whether you want a chocolate cake or an espresso cake, why not have both in one cake. The richness of chocolate flavor pairs well with the bold espresso flavor.

For the buttercream, I use specialty Belgian chocolates called Callebaut “Gold” which is then infused with espresso flavor. It has such a depth of rich flavor without the greasiness and sweetness that is usually associated with buttercream. It is then glazed with a decadent dark chocolate ganache.

This cake will be offered as a 3 layer 6 inch or 7 inch

Raspberry Amaretto Cake - an Amaretto infused vanilla based cake meets tarty raspberries. Finished with a glaze of decadent yet gently sweetened naturally pink Ruby chocolate buttercream.
