Hi friends,
I ran a “Nominate a Deserving Mom” Giveaway earlier this week and let me tell you how fulfilling this process has been to me.
I am honored to have chosen 3 amazing moms who deserve to be loved and celebrated on this Mother’s Day
Life is full of hills and valleys and through it all, these moms carry on because as mothers, this is what we do, we put others before our needs.
What a joy it has been to witness the smiles I got from these amazing moms receiving the cakes unexpectedly. It is just cake, a mini cake, but it is made with love especially for them and chosen by their loved ones.
You have warmed my heart and I know you will hang in there and carry through because you have wonderful friends and family who love and support you.
Jacqueline, Melissa and Stephanie, thank you for nominating them and sharing their compelling stories with us. You are a wonderful friend/daughter and deserve to be recognized. Together we can make someone’s life a little sweeter even with just a cake 🎂
Thank you for whoever started this type of giveaway as I am loving this and will keep this as my annual Mother’s Day tradition. At this chapter of my life, I want to live with a sense of purpose. If butter, flour, sugar, eggs and almond flour of course blended into something that resemble a cake, give people joy then I must have done something right 🥰
