Propaganda I’m not falling for: Grocery store cake icing actually tastes good.

(If it leaves a waxy, chemical tasting sugar film on your teeth, it’s a pass for me)

Minns menu was crafted to showcase my very best recipes, offering four distinct feelings brought to life through flavor.

✨Choose whatever calls to your celebration ✨

♥️Indulgent: Moist red velvet cake with a touch of cocoa and smooth swiss meringue buttercream that has a hint of cream cheese flavor.
Feelings: romance, passion, charm

🤍 Traditional: A tender white cake paired with silky vanilla-bean swiss meringue Buttercream.
Feelings: grace, softness, simplicity

💛Nostalgic: Buttery yellow cake with pops of rainbow confetti, finished with a white chocolate Swiss Meringue Buttercream.
Feelings: joy, celebration, fun

🤎Rich: A tender cocoa cake with silky chocolate Swiss Meringue Buttercream.
The feeling: comfort, warmth, grounding

A little about your baker/cake decorator that aren’t cake related✨

My name is Marisa

Minn is actually the nickname my family has called me since I was little, and is where the name of my little cake studio comes from.

I operate on a mix of 50% type A perfectionism and 50% type B vibes.

I love being apart of my bookclub and character costuming when we have themed meetings

A cute coffee shop and a good pastry are my guilty pleasure

Eldest daughter energy

Forever evolving

I love:
- ice in my coffee
- my cozy bed
- synchronicities
- learning new things
-my family & bf
- mediation/breathing videos on youtube
- a good edit on TikTok
- my headphones
- planning travel itineraries
