I have an idea and I need everyone's opinion please! 🙂
Would anyone be interested in buying sourdough dough? It would be wrapped in cloth, in a banneton, ready to bake.
Reasons to buy dough:
1. You get to practice making your own sourdough
2. It takes the guess work out of making the dough, finding a good recipe, and learning how to bulk ferment.
3. You don't have to deal with feeding a starter everyday.
4. You get to enjoy bread hot out of the oven.
This will be a monthly subscription kind of deal. You pay $28 a month, then every Tuesday you pick up your sourdough to bake. So each loaf will be $7.
There will be a $5 deposit with your first dough purchase to cover the cost of the cloth and banneton.
The next Tuesday you will return your cloth and banneton and pick up your next loaf.
