It has been a while since I’ve been active on this page, and finally regained access…but for everyone who was a loyal customer and consistently reached out after I took a year for myself with school, I’d like to announce I have been working for and baking sourdough and other baked goods for Ashleigh Hilts at Mochas with Cassie DiLullo on HWY 40. Come check us out, there is Sourdough, baked goods, donuts, great coffee, delicious ice cream, both breakfast and lunch and SO much more. 🥖

Just a heads up for everyone… I will be POSTPONING ALL ORDERS FOR 2 WEEKS.
I have some finals that I have to focus on to close off the semester and will keep everyone updated. 😊💓

We have a Rainey day here, fun fact of the day… weather affects how our breads are made and how they rise. Hot and humid days allows for a great and fast rise on starter and bread. Today, being a Rainey day… things are a little slow. Like… really slow. Patience is key with sourdough! 🍞

Kim: 1 dozen Cinnamon Rolls, 1 Dozen Brownies

TUESDAY

Carolyn: 1 cheddar, 1 Garlic Parm LIGHT Garlic, 2 Whole Wheat Plain

JILL: 1 plain, extra sour sliced.

Amanda: Plain Boule

Pat: Plain Boule, 1/2 dozen Jalapeno Cheddar Bagels
