Yesterday saw a delivery of something new to the Sierra Vista Food Co-op... Jumbo Peanut Butter Cookies!! 🥜‼️

I've had some truly excellent giant cookies lately, and it made me want to whip up some of my own. These guys are crispy on the edges, and soft in the middle, and absolutely perfect for breaking off pieces to dip in your morning coffee! ☕️✨

Shortbread with Hagelslag at the Sierra Vista Food Co-op! 🍪

I kept looking at my unopened box of hagelslag on the shelf, and figured it was time to bake something with it! Hagelslag are little Dutch chocolate sprinkles made with real cocoa and milk, and I absolutely love mixing them in cookie dough or sprinkling into yogurt! Give em a try if you've never had it! ✨

Peanut Butter Shortbread at the Sierra Vista Food Co-op!

Been quite a while since I made these! If you've never had these before, they're sort of a halfway between classic shortbread and peanut butter cookies: crumbly and buttery, but a bit more melt-in-your-mouth textured, and with a hearty dose of peanut buttery goodness! 🥜✨
