We had a few peaches looking for a purpose, so naturally we turned them into Peach Cobbler Cinnamon Swirl Bread.

Soft, buttery bread swirled with cinnamon sugar, packed with juicy peaches, and finished with a sweet glaze because restraint is not our specialty. 😌

Every morning before the sun rises and the “Open” sign of Knead Me Bakery lights up, co-owners Kristy and Anthony Tamayo begin making freshly baked breads in house.

After a few soggy days, we’re celebrating with fresh bread, warm pastries, and iced lattes🧋

Today’s weather seems to be playing a fun little game of “sunshine… psych! rain… psych! sunshine again!” and honestly? We respect the commitment to the bit.

Meanwhile, inside the bakery it’s much less dramatic.

Fresh sourdough is lining the shelves, the scones are behaving beautifully, muffins are towering, cookies are cooling, and Nanny’s Coffee Cake is standing by for emotional support.

The forecast says storms - We say carbs.

Mother Nature appears to be planning a very dramatic Wednesday and Thursday, so we’re planning accordingly: plenty of bread, plenty of pastries, plenty of Frydek Heritage Farm eggs, local Triple J Farms honey, 3Kings and a Pup jams, and a fresh delivery of gluten-free goodies from Navarro Gluten Free Bakery arriving Thursday.

This week’s lineup includes a 90% chance of rain, 100% chance of us trying to convince you that cinnamon brown sugar sourdough is an essential emergency supply.
