It’s always such a great feeling at the end of a busy week at the office, to switch into my Dough Dash apron and do something more physical and less mental. Baking sourdough is my time to reset and unwind. I’m working on jalapeno cheddar loaves for an order being picked up this weekend.

I tested out a new recipe today and OMG. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dark chocolate sourdough brownies with brown butter. I love using King Arthur’s black cocoa powder in my recipes.

I’m making my s’mores cookies for an end of summer BBQ lunch at my office this week. And a few extra for the kiddos.

Today I was craving chocolate chip sourdough bread. I couldn’t even wait for it to cool before slicing into it. So soft and fluffy inside, with that classic sourdough crisp and caramelized crust.
