This one started as an AI generated design a client fell in love with, and I got to actually build it. Three tiers, all white, with these sculpted sugar sails wrapping around the front like fabric caught mid movement.

Made for a wedding at Enchantment Resort in Sedona. Sculptural cakes like this are having a real moment right now, less piped flowers, more architecture, and this is one of my favorites to date. Bringing an AI concept to life is a fun challenge because you still have to solve every bit of it by hand, structure, balance, the way those ruffles hold their shape.

A Scottsdale wedding cake made for a golden-hour toast at the Omni Montelucia. 🤍

This two-tier stunner was created using a wafer paper crepe technique, every soft ruffle placed by hand to give it that draped, textural look that catches the light just right. And underneath all that white? Tender vanilla cake layered with silky vanilla buttercream. Timeless on the outside, comforting on the inside.

There’s something so special about designing a cake that feels like the couple it’s made for. This one suited the day perfectly: soft, elegant, and right at home against all that greenery and drapery.
