Now introducing the Einkorn Sourdough Boule

🌾Einkorn is an ancient variety of wheat prized for its hearty, slightly sweet and nutty flavor. Its golden whole-grain flour naturally contains beneficial carotenoids, B vitamins and minerals such as iron and manganese.
Because einkorn has a more delicate gluten structure than modern wheat, some people find it gentler to digest, especially when paired with long sourdough fermentation.
Our organic einkorn flour is sourced and grown without synthetic pesticides, giving this rustic loaf a clean wholesome flavor and the desired old-fashioned dense character in every slice.

Nothing beats a slow morning with a slice of real sourdough. No fancy toppings needed (although they never hurt) but….just pop it in the toaster, spread on a little butter, and enjoy. Crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside… breakfast doesn’t get much better than that. Simple. Wholesome. Delicious.
