Happy Bastille Day! Today we celebrate the over throw of a vicious monarchy and the start of the French Revolution, although we also like to celebrate with a little bit of cake too (don’t take our heads off)! Our traditional Gateau Basque, deliciously crumbly with vanilla pastry cream or our Gateau Parisen, a double gold medal winner at least years Sonoma County Harvest Fair for its delicate almond and praline combination, are our go tos to get in the French Spirit, but if you’re just looking for a way to start the celebrations, stop by in the morning for a Cafe au lait and croissant. However you celebrate, make sure you celebrate with us!
