Nightingale Breads Artisan breads baked in a traditional wood fired oven in Forestville, CA.

Nightingale Breads takes great pride in creating some of the finest breads in Sonoma County. Using a traditional wood fired oven created by Alan Scott (a local oven legend) built in 2007, we make traditional European breads using organic flours and some of the finest local ingredients.
