Nightingale Breads takes great pride in creating some of the finest breads in Sonoma County. Using a traditional wood fired oven created by Alan Scott (a local oven legend) built in 2007, we make traditional European breads using organic flours and some of the finest local ingredients.

Rolls tomorrow! Another savory version with basil pesto, cherry tomato, and feta cheese. Plus all the usual sweet ones. Forestville's downtown parade is Saturday at 10am. WE WILL BE OPEN! But Highway 116 is closed from Mirabel to Covey Rd from 930am to approx 12pm. Come early and check out the parade and grab a treat, or come on by once the streets opened up again.

Brioche buns today -- chocolate pastry cream and raspberries from -- we usually bake the fruit in but these raspberries were just too perfect to not serve fresh! Think of it like a fresh fruit tart but with the softest, pillowiest, buttery brioche crust.
