Friends these went fast. We’re making the same amount today as the team needs the space and time to prep. Let’s see how we do today! They start at noon and will go till sold out. We hope to run these every day through the fall.

I’ve been wanting to make a bialy dog for a long time. I’ve Wrung my hands about it. Even better, I learned that the origins of the Seattle Dog was from a bagel maker using a bialy! (fun fact from J. Kenji López-Alt). We’re kicking it off today. Served noon and beyond. Small batches made for now. Let’s see how it goes. Messy delight! Caramelized onions. ADD your choice of schmear to make it truly a Seattle dog. Ketchup and mustard served on the side.
