Stay tuned everyone, we will soon be adding Gluten Free Carrot Cakes to our menu. With the same great flavor as the original your taste buds will have you questioning whether this is truly a GF product...but I can assure you it is.

I know it has been a long while since posting, but Carrot Cake by Mike is still going strong and growing. This little fun idea that launched August 2011 has been getting some great feedback as we deliver amazing Carrot Cakes to the Greater Seattle Area.

And now, thanks to Kacie, we have a new logo to share with all of you. By mid-summer we will also have a revamped website that will make it even easier to get the delicious Carrot Cakes you want delivered right to your door.

The holidays are here and nothing says holidays like Eggnog.
I recently came up with my own Eggnog Cream Cheese frosting that is perfectly fluffy and light with a definite cream cheese punch.
