I’ve spent this week baking new products and bringing back some favorites that I hope you all enjoy 🥰

French macarons: cotton candy, cake batter, bomb pop, pb&j, lemon, vanilla, chocolate, espresso, raspberry, cherry, almond, vanilla & salted caramel brûlée’s

CUPCAKES: confetti, vanilla raspberry, cannoli, caramel, vanilla, chocolate & chocolate vanilla

BROWNIES: fudgy, brookie, cosmic, caramel & mint

BLONDIES: local, lemon poppy, bourbon pecan, banana Nutella & blueberry oat streusel

LEMON & LIME BARS

COOKIES: chocolate chip & brown sugar pop tart

BIG MACaron ice cream: vanilla creme brûlée & chocolate raspberry

BIG COOKIE ice cream: chocolate chip vanilla, confetti, chocolate caramel toffee, chocolate raspberry & banana Nutella

my birthday is this upcoming Monday so I baked off everything I like! from creating the first brookie to a banana Nutella cookie ice cream sandwich! 🥳

a glimpse into the few days I took off from the bakery last week. my first staycation I’ve had since opening the bakery six years ago. it was filled with family time, neighborhood walks, discovering Thatcher’s Park as an adult, multiple jumpin jacks trips, celebrating milestones, beautiful sunsets, fresh flowers, starting our home garden, farmers markets, and time to reflect on my business and mental health.

I was excited to get back open on Friday and what an awesome few days it was for us!

thank you for an incredible few days back at the bakery after taking a few days off. 🤩

today was so fun. I played catch up with so many customers turned friends, it’s crazy how much can happen in five days! and I also met many new people.

I’ll be making a post to introduce myself and give an overview of our bakery for the new followers.

until then thank you for coming to see us, letting our sweets be enjoyed by the people you love, sharing our name with your family and friends and always showing up for us!👩🏼‍🍳

a real oopsie today when I realized I hadn’t posted that we were reopen. very busy day with our regular customers and working on custom orders.
