Our first market is officially in the books, and I just want to say thank you. 💛
Thank you to everyone who came out, stopped by, grabbed a sample, bought a cookie, shared kind words, told a friend, or simply took a moment to support this little business of mine. Seeing people show up for Semi Sane Sweets in real life meant more than I can put into words.
This was our very first market, and while there was definitely a lot happening behind the scenes, it was such a good experience. We learned so much, had so many sweet conversations, and got to watch people connect with the brand in person — which was honestly one of my favorite parts of the day.
I was worried our setup might be too simple, but it ended up working in our favor. It was clear, easy to shop, and let the products and brand speak for themselves. Our signage drew people in, samples were an absolute hit, and talking with customers made such a huge difference. A lot of people didn’t just stop because they wanted a cookie — they stopped because something about the brand caught their attention, made them smile, or made them curious. That part meant everything to me.
I’m so proud of how our first event went, and even more excited for the next one. Every market, every order, every kind comment, and every customer helps this dream grow a little more — and I don’t take that lightly.
So again, thank you for supporting my small business, cheering me on, and helping make our first market such a special one. This is just the beginning, and I can’t wait to keep baking for you. 🍪
