Every flower on this one is made by hand from sugar, petal by petal, then left to dry before it ever touches the cake. No silk, nothing fake. Some of these took longer than the tiers did.
It's the kind of quiet, minimal design that lets the craft do the talking.

A tall cake looks like luck. It's really structure.
Everything you don't see, the boards, the dowels, the chill time, is what lets us go tall without a lean. It's also why a real custom cake takes days, not hours.

Texture is one of those things a photo barely captures.
This blue finish is worked up by hand in layers, so it shifts as the light moves and never looks flat.

Getting a tiered cake to your venue in one piece is its own small art, so let us handle it.
For weddings and big orders we deliver in person and set everything up on site, dessert table and all.
Everyday orders can go by courier.
Either way, the last thing you should be doing on the day is balancing a cake on your back seat.
