Bagels and Badges Hello everyone! We are excited to bring Carbon County homemade baked goods while supporting our local first responders. Hey everyone!

We are a law enforcement family located in Saratoga, WY. My passion and enthusiasm for baking and cooking started as a child, creating recipes with neighborhood friends, and having our family members be our guinea pigs. I can't say much has changed except for the quality and expansion of my food and baked goods 😂 I am excited to share my passion with everyone in and around the Saratoga area!

🌟 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT — MEET MORGAN! 🌟

We want to take a minute to recognize someone who means so much to Bagels & Badges — both as part of our business and as part of our family. This post is long overdue, but I’m finally getting a chance to breathe for a second because y’all have kept us BUSY this summer!🖤

Morgan has worked her butt off all year, and especially through an even busier 2nd season with the food truck. She’s dependable, hardworking, quick and willing to learn and try new things, and always there when we need her. Quite honestly, we couldn’t do what we do without her!

What a lot of you probably don’t know is that Morgan is also the mastermind behind many of the flavors you taste on the truck. 👩‍🍳 She’s constantly coming up with new ideas, experimenting in the kitchen, and helping us create some of the food you all know and love.

At the Farmers Market, Morgan debuted a special of her very own — the Chorizo Smash Bagel — and you guys absolutely crushed it because it SOLD OUT! She did it again at the High School Rodeo in Rawlins with Morgan’s Pastrami Smash and SOLD OUT🔥👏

You may not have had the pleasure of meeting Morgan yet because she’s usually behind the scenes, hard at work in the kitchen. So next time you see the truck, pop in, say hi, and meet the amazing lady who has been helping cook up all your favorites all summer long. 🥯

And let us brag on her one more time… Morgan is one of only two people we trust to make our bagels from start to finish. If you know us, you know how seriously we take our bagels — and Morgan holds herself to that same standard. She expects perfection and won’t let something leave that kitchen or go out our window unless she’s proud to put the Bagels & Badges name on it. That kind of pride in your work is hard to find, and we’re incredibly lucky to have it in her. 🖤

Morgan is incredibly special to Bagels & Badges, but even more importantly, she’s very special to our family. 🖤

We appreciate you, Morgan! Thank you for the long days, the crazy ideas, the hard work, and for always being there when we need you. We truly couldn’t do this without you! 🥯🚔🖤
