From today, you can find our new Cardamom Buns here at The Bakero. They are inspired by my travels through Copenhagen—the heart of Nordic baking. We make them from scratch every morning, using a long-fermented dough enriched with high-quality European butter. We use a generous amount of freshly ground cardamom, which gives them that signature aroma. They’re incredibly fluffy, perfectly balanced in sweetness, and they smell absolutely amazing. Come by and try one!
