We’re so excited to have Billy Strings at the Ionia Free Fair this weekend! And because we’re so excited we’re running a one of a kind sundae of the week!

It starts with Cool Mint Cookie ice cream, swirls of hot fudge, whipped cream, crushed Oreos, a chocolate guitar, a fabulous picture of Billy Strings and Pom poms!

We’re excited to support these amazing students as they celebrate this special milestone. Today, a portion of all sales at Des Cakes & Ice Cream will be donated to the Saranac Class of 2027.
