The bakery case is loaded with delicious desserts and our ice cream freezer is packed with hand dipped favorites too!

Can’t decide on just one flavor? We don’t blame you! That’s why we offer Ice Cream Flights.

Pick any four ice cream flavors (hand dipped or soft serve) and we’ll top each one with a waffle chip. Need to take it on the go? No problem, we’ll put a lid on it for you!

It’s the perfect way to try a little bit of everything or discover a new favorite!

We have a group of customers that work for the road commission and we’re honored to be their favorite frequent stop! It’s only right that they’ve earned their own cupcake and we’re calling it, The Detour Delight. It’s the only detour you’ll be happy to take!
It’s a marble cake, filled with vanilla and chocolate Bavarian cream, iced with vanilla and chocolate buttercream, topped with crushed chocolate chip cookies, Oreos, a chocolate covered pretzel and a chocolate ganache drizzle.

Sundae of the Week: Hot Fudge Brownie

In honor of my Grandma who passed away on Sunday, we’re featuring her favorite treat—the Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae. It was the item she ordered every single time she stopped in so this week we’re celebrating her memory with a dessert she loved!

Choose from vanilla, chocolate, or twist soft serve ice cream, topped with brownie pieces, hot fudge, whipped cream and a cherry.

This little guy has been a huge help around the bakery today, but we’re pretty sure someone is missing him!

He was left behind at the bakery last night so naturally we put him to work. He’s already completed an 8 hour shift and has been a great employee so far.

Here’s another behind the scenes look at the bakery… The moments that don’t always go as planned, but somehow still remind us how much good can come from a challenge.

Our 20-quart mixer went down on Wednesday so our team rallied together every KitchenAid mixer we could find to keep production moving. They’ve been working overtime on high speed for the last few days while the 20-quart mixer is being fixed with a new gear.

Today we picked up this 30-quart mixer, which was no small task. Thankfully, we have some amazing friends and family who helped move this 550 pound beast up a flight of stairs, into a trailer, and safely to the bakery.

A huge thank you to Bryan, Scott and my Dad for all of the help, we couldn’t have done it without you guys!

Everyone, meet Betty. She’s going to be a powerhouse addition to the bakery. 🤣
