Dropped off this special death by chocolate cheesecake (made by yours truly of course) to a special client and friend Calina Ridgell today for a birthday surprise. She is currently holding down the fort with 3 small boys and currently pregnant! I'm pretty sure she deserves death by chocolate. Sorry Timothy Ridgell that you will miss out, but I've got you covered when you come back! Happy birthday Calina, may you feel special for the ways you make others feel special!

Three busy days. Thursday was a rehearsal dinner, Friday was a wedding with the 3 tier cake and today was a dinner of bourbon chicken, red roasted potatoes, French bread and mixed Careibean vegis.....and this cute little cake! Phew.......I am tired and looking forward to my day of rest tomorrow!!

Saying goodbye to a special lady today! I was blessed to make her wedding cake 2 years ago and today was a goodbye cake. She leaves Monday for OTS and is devoting the next 4 years as a trauma nurse in the USAF! You will be missed Grace!
