The Paris Brest is a French dessert that was created in 1910 by Louis Durand! It consists of 2 large baked choux pastry rings and is filled with whipped cream and strawberries. Yum!

This yummy treat is called a panettone and was originated in Italy. The word "panettone" was derived from the word "panetto", meaning small loaf cake. When the "-one" was added to the word, it then changed the meaning to large cake.

The panettone is filled with candied fruits and raisins, making it best suited for dessert, tea-time, or even breakfast! Visit one of our stores to take one home!
