What causes macarons to fail?

✨ Overmixing — they lose their personality.
✨ Undermixing — they refuse to cooperate.
✨ Too much humidity — Texas said, “Not today.”
✨ Oven temperature — a little too hot, a little too cold, a little too dramatic.
✨ Not resting long enough — patience is a virtue… especially with macarons.
✨ And sometimes… they just woke up on the wrong side of the baking sheet. 😩
