I just wanted to share this photo of a cake that I made for school! It was so beautiful, and so much fun to make! It was a devils food cake with chocolate mousse. Covered in a white chocolate mirror glaze! It came out so beautiful, and I was very proud of it!

Set up and ready to go! I'm set up right between BAM! Books, and Driven Fitness Center. I've got all kinds of goodies for Christmas! I've got cookie boxes. 3 varieties: A Peanut Butter box with 4 Monster Cookies, 6 Peanut Butter Balls, and 6 Thumbprint cookies. A cookie crate that has 5 chocolate chip, 6 Snickerdoodles, and 6 Gingerbread cookies. Then, a peppermint paradise with 12 Peppermint Oreo Chocolate Chip Cookies, and a large serving of Peppermint Bark! All my usual goodies too! It's the last time I'll have a booth this year! Come get your goodies!!

Just finished some chocolate filled croissants for an order! Currently cutting out some sugar cookies for another order this weekend! All while prepping for selling at the mall this Saturday! It's a busy week, but I've never had more fun!
