🍂 LAST CHANCE FOR SOURDOUGH FOR AWHILE! 🍂

My LAST Farm and Art Market of the 2026 season is THIS SATURDAY, October 3rd!

I’ll have a limited number of goodies with me this weekend, so if there’s something specific you’re hoping to grab, message me and I can hold it for you!

This is your last chance to stock up on your favorite sourdough for a little while, so come see me Saturday!

And just a heads up — the farmstand will also be CLOSED for the next few weekends in October while I take care of some other obligations. I’ll let y’all know when we’re back open!

Thank you for an amazing 2026 market season. I truly appreciate every loaf, every order, every visit, and every bit of support for my little bakery.

Just a reminder I will not be at market this weekend. I changed my schedule because its my anniversary this weekend! Thanks for understanding

🚨 CHANGES TO MY SCHEDULE AT THE SALINA DOWNTOWN FARM & ART MARKET! 🚨

I apologize for any inconvenience, but I wanted to keep my amazing customers in the loop and be as transparent as possible!
Labor Day Weekend: I will NOT be at the market, and the FARMSTAND WILL BE CLOSED.

But don’t worry… I’ll be back bright and early September 12th to set up! And this time, I’m bringing some NEW FACES to my booth! My nephew and his sweet girlfriend will be stepping in to sell all the sourdough goodies for me!

I HAD to find some help because, obviously, I knew y’all wouldn’t survive that long without your Carter’s Bakery sourdough. 😂

I’ll also be back September 26th, and as of right now, my last market day will be October 3rd.
BUT… if I can find some more amazing help, I may be able to make October 17th happen too!

Thank you all for being so incredibly supportive of my little bakery/farmstand. I appreciate every single one of you more than you know!

Thanks for sticking with me, supporting my small business, and keeping me busy baking all the goodies!

And now I can officially thank these two for all their help today.

Carter & Addison — thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Did you meet them at the market today?! They jumped in, learned the ropes, took over my booth, and let this mama tackle the rest of her crazy Saturday. I couldn’t have done it without you!

Today started at 3:30 a.m. with a long checklist, caffeine, snacks, and 847 things to do. Shoutout to Travis for helping load the van before I left—there’s a first for everything!

By 7:17, I still wasn’t finished setting up for market and
Then Carter and Addison showed up. I gave them the crash course, handed over the booth, and knew my goodies were in good hands.

The rest of the day was nonstop: CPR training, errands, garage sales, Evolve, Poppy & Vine, dance rehearsal, baking, and a graduation party. The puppies came along, and all the kids fell in love with them.

After finishing my last order, we finally came home to enjoy a cool evening fire.

I’m thankful for Travis, my kids, helpful family, celebrating friends, and this beautifully messy life.

Exhausting? Absolutely. Chaotic? 100%. Worth it? Completely.

Most of all, I’m grateful for Carter and Addison. Thank you for showing up and helping make today possible. You two were rockstars!
