I had the chance to bake and decorate this fun cake pop bouquet for a work celebration, and I love how cheerful it turned out! 🥰

A mix of pretty red, yellow, orange and classic white cake pops—some dressed up with delicate white sprinkles and others bringing the party with ALL the colorful sprinkles. 🌈✨ Each one was individually wrapped and arranged into a sweet little bouquet that’s perfect for sharing with coworkers.

Because flowers are nice… but cake pop bouquets are edible. 😉😂

🍓🍊🍋 LOCALLY GROWN & EXTRA SWEET! 🌱👶💕

I absolutely loved creating these goodies for a “Locally Grown” baby shower! Such an adorable theme for celebrating the sweetest little one getting ready to make their debut. 🥰

The dessert table included a colorful FruitZa loaded with fresh strawberries, blueberries, grapes, and mandarin oranges, plus this fun cake pop bouquet! I decorated the cake pops to look like little strawberries, oranges, and lemons to tie right into the locally grown theme. 🍓🍊🍋

And I have to say... there’s just something ridiculously cute about a whole bouquet of tiny edible fruit that’s actually CAKE underneath. 😂❤️

These two were such a fun combo to make! 🍓🍊🍅✨

I baked up one of my FruitZas—a sweet cookie-style crust topped with creamy goodness and loaded with fresh strawberries, mandarin oranges, grapes, and blueberries. Basically a fruit tray… but with a much better foundation. 😂

And then there are those tomatoes… 👀🍅 Except they aren’t tomatoes at all! They’re cake pops! I had so much fun turning cake pops into little tomatoes, complete with their green leafy tops and arranged into a bouquet. I love when an order gives me a chance to make something that makes you look twice!

Fresh fruit + cake disguised as vegetables… I’d say that counts as a perfectly balanced meal. 😉😂

A little taste of Ireland before the adventure even begins! ☘️🇮🇪✨

I had the opportunity to create some sweet treats for an upcoming Ireland Group Trip Information Night, and obviously I couldn’t resist leaning ALL the way into the theme! 💚

Decorated sugar cookies featuring shamrocks, Irish plaid, pints of beer and a little Good Luck ☘️🍺 — plus chocolate cupcakes topped with deep green buttercream, gold, and a little rainbow because you can’t talk about Ireland without searching for that pot of gold! 🌈✨

And if Ireland is on your bucket list, this might just be your sign to come check it out! 👀

The group trip features Collette’s Shades of Ireland, departing April 30, 2027, with optional London & Scotland add-ons. Tonight’s information session is the perfect chance to meet the host, learn more about the trip, explore the itinerary, ask questions, and see if an Irish adventure belongs on your 2027 calendar. 🇮🇪✈️

There’s something extra special about being trusted with a wedding cake. 🤍💍🍰

I had the honor of baking and decorating this simple, elegantly rustic two-tier cake for Mr & Mrs H and their special day! I absolutely love how the soft textured buttercream and understated design let the beauty of the celebration speak for itself. Sometimes simple really is perfect. ✨

Red Velvet ❤️ — made especially for the traditional cake cutting and white cake for the couple to share with their immediate family.

Knowing one of my cakes gets to be part of such an important moment—the photos, the cake cutting, the first bites as newlyweds, and a memory they’ll hopefully look back on for years—is an honor I never take lightly.

There’s just something about a vintage-style cake that makes a birthday feel extra special! This beauty was baked to celebrate a 30th birthday with layers of vanilla cake and strawberry filling 🍓, then dressed up in those gorgeous birthday-month birthstone-inspired colors of green, soft pink, and creamy white.

I love how the vintage piping came together—the swags, ruffles, shells, and little details gave this cake such a fun throwback feel while still keeping it sweet and elegant. 💚🩷

Because turning 30 deserves a cake that’s every bit as fabulous as the milestone! 🥳✨

A little wedding taste-testing happening over here! 💍🤍✨

I had the opportunity to help a bride and groom try out a few different sweet options as they plan their special day—from cupcakes and decorated sugar cookies to cake pops and these colorful little individual FruitZas! 🍓🫐🍊

One of my favorite parts of what I do is working with my little Sprinkles to take an idea, a theme, or even a “I’m not exactly sure what I want yet…” and turn it into something that feels perfectly them. 🥰

Whether it’s a wedding, birthday, graduation, shower, or simply a reason to celebrate, I love figuring out the flavors, designs, and treats that bring your vision to life.

Now the hard part for these two… deciding which goodies make the wedding-day cut! 😂🤍

🧜‍♀️✨ Under the sea and into the sweetest birthday celebration! 🐚🌊

Had so much fun bringing this mermaid & seashell themed tiered cake to life! From the turquoise “ocean” buttercream to the mermaid tails, seashells, starfish, coral, pearls, and pops of pink and purple—there’s a whole little underwater world happening on this one! 💜🩷🩵

And because what’s inside matters just as much as all those pretty details… 😋

🍓🍌 Bottom tier: Strawberry & Banana
🍫🤍 Top tier: Marble

Definitely one of those cakes where I kept finding another little spot that needed just one more shell, swirl, or piece of coral. 😂 Because apparently I don't know when to stop when there's an entire ocean to decorate!

I put together a couple of golf-themed donation baskets for the HSHS St. Joseph’s – Breese Golf Scramble on Friday the 14th! Each one is packed with some fun golf goodies, tees, accessories, and—of course—a $50 Made by Mandi Ann gift certificate for a little something sweet after all that swinging, swearing, and searching for golf balls. 😂🏌️‍♂️🍪
