🌾 We’re Back & Refreshed! 🌾

After a little time away, we’re back and ready to see all of your smiling faces today in Highland! 🩷

With less prep time this week, we decided to go all in on what you love most — LOTS of fresh sourdough loaves! 🍞✨

We’ll mi have a small batch of our sourdough pizza dough available today, and if history tells us anything, those won’t last long! 🍕🏃‍♀️

Come find us at the Highland Community Market on the Square today, stock up on your favorite sourdough, and say hello!

🎉 We are SO excited for one of our favorite nights of the month! 🎉

Join us on June 5th at First Friday for an evening filled with all your favorite sourdough breads, baked goods, and those freeze-dried treats you know and love! 🍞🥯🍪✨

This month you’ll find us in The Market space, just like we were for the last Farmers Market. We can’t wait to see all of our amazing customers and supporters again!

1️⃣ week from today 🎉 🎉 Downtown Troy is the place to be! Stay with me a minute- this is a long one because it’s 4 blocks of amazingness!

TL:DR version- see you Downtown Friday, grab a ticket for the sampling event if that’s your thing because we have some amazing local beverage producers in town to hang out with us, good music, lots of food, wear comfy shoes and stretchy pants, you are about to have a good time! 😂

Some details:

🎶 Live Music 5pm to 6pm with Mollie Crew then at 6pm the legendary Scott Marlin and Carrie Joy rock us through until 9pm!

🍔 Food Trucks and Treats all over town! We added some additional options - something for everyone!

🛍️ Local makers and Downtown business specials

🧘 Free Yoga at Moonbird at the Sanctuary at 5pm

🏰 ***New Bounce House at the 5.0 Fun Zone and yard games and shenanigans for the whole family at The Happy Elephant!

❤️🖤Our special chamber scholarship fundraiser - Crafts. Corks. Casks. Sampling Event presented by Integrity Spine and Joint:
There will be wineries, breweries and distilleries all over Downtown! But you’ll need a ticket to participate in sampling!

But have no fear- if sampling isn’t on the agenda- 3️⃣ wonderful guests that are part of the special event who will have beer, wine and cocktails for sale to the general public:

🍷Crooked Creek Winery
🥃 Alfonzo’s (yes, the local place) Old-Fashioned tent- and they are gooood FYI for us non-beer drinkers!

Plus all the Downtown bars, Wine for the Win Pop Up Bar and whatever amazing cocktails Market & Main comes up with!

And- we’ve added some additional bathrooms and refined some spaces and placements that needed better flow in some areas.

We are SO excited to be a part of Agriculture Night at the Market on June 18th from 5–8PM in Downtown Troy!

Come spend the evening shopping local, meeting and petting adorable Highland cows from 5–7PM, and enjoying all the fun farm-themed festivities! 🤍🐄🌻

Mealtime Memories Micro Bakery will be there stocked with your favorite sourdough breads and baked goods PLUS some extra fun themed treats for the night 😍

Already planning out next week’s market menu 😍

We’ll be at Highland’s Community Market Tuesday night and Troy’s First Friday on Friday night! The sourdough favorites are definitely coming… but I may be adding a few special treats to the table too 👀

Maybe fluffy sourdough cinnamon rolls?
Maybe sourdough muffins?
Maybe banana bread… or brownies? 🤤

What do you wanna see on the tables next week? Guess you’ll just have to stop by and see what makes the cut 😂🩷

Happy Tuesday, friends ❤️ We hope everyone had a beautiful and restful long weekend surrounded by good food, laughter, and loved ones.

As we step into a new week, we’re feeling especially thankful for this community and all the support you continue to show Mealtime Memories Micro Bakery. A gentle reminder that we will not be at the Highland Community Market today, but we are looking forward to seeing everyone again next week with fresh sourdough breads and baked treats!

This Memorial Day weekend, we remember and honor the heroes who fought for our freedom and gave everything for our country. 🇺🇸❤️ Thank you will never be enough for the sacrifices made by so many brave men and women.

We hope everyone has a safe, meaningful weekend filled with family, good food, and gratitude.

Just a reminder: Mealtime Memories Micro Bakery will NOT be at the Highland Farmers Market this Tuesday as we take a short break with family. We look forward to seeing all of our amazing customers again the following week! 🥖

The dishes are done.
The flour is wiped away.
The kitchen is quiet. 🤍

After long days of mixing, baking, cleaning, packing orders, and pouring my heart into every loaf, tonight I get to sit back and simply feel grateful.

Grateful for every customer who supports this little dream of mine.
Grateful for the chaos, the growth, the lessons, and the memories being made along the way.
And most of all, grateful for the blessing of serving my family and community through something I truly love.

This kitchen may look still tonight, but it holds so many prayers, late nights, laughter, and love.

Now it’s time for a week to rest, reset, soak in family time, and refill my cup before jumping back in. Thank you all for being part of this journey with Mealtime Memories Micro Bakery. 🫶🏻🍞✨

Still trying to soak in last night 🤯🩷 Our very first Farmers Market in Troy was absolutely mind blowing! We SOLD OUT in just over an hour — and we brought way more than we normally do to other markets!

You all definitely know what you love, and it SHOWS 🩷 The support, feedback, excitement, and kindness you continue to show Mealtime Memories Micro Bakery means more than you know. Watching so many of you line up for our breads and baked goods was such a surreal feeling for our family.

Because of all of YOU, these next couple months we’re planning BIGGER batches… we’re talking 100+ loaves a market so we can keep up with this amazing community 😅🥖

Thank you for supporting our dream, shopping local, and helping our little bakery grow more than we ever imagined. Cheers to more success, more memories, and LOTS more bread in 2026 🤪🩷
